Jubilant Foodworks Ltd (JFL), the operator of fast-food chains Domino's Pizza and Dunkin' Donuts, announced a consolidated net profit of Rs 58.02 crore for the June quarter, marking a significant increase from Rs 28.91 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

The revenue from operations during this period stood at Rs 1,933.06 crore, compared to Rs 1,334.5 crore a year ago. The company's financial results, however, are not directly comparable year-on-year due to its subsidiary, Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V, acquiring a controlling stake in DP Eurasia NV.

This acquisition, completed in the March quarter of FY24, has allowed the group to include DP Eurasia NV's revenue from operations in Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Georgia, reflecting the expanded geographical footprint in the latest results. Despite the substantial growth, JFL incurred total expenses of Rs 1,867.93 crore in the June quarter. In the Indian market, the company's revenue was Rs 1,439.6 crore, while revenue from the international market, particularly DPEU, stood at Rs 461.4 crore, with contributions from Domino's Bangladesh and Domino's Sri Lanka.
