Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, during a regional industry conclave, emphasized how India has surged economically in the last seven decades, overtaking its former colonial rulers. He encouraged industrialists to invest in Madhya Pradesh, highlighting the state's improved water and electricity infrastructure.
Yadav announced that Madhya Pradesh is poised for further industrial growth under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, mentioning ongoing projects like defence production in Jabalpur and the establishment of 517 MSMEs in the Mahakoshal region. The state's pharmaceutical sector exports to 160 countries, demonstrating its global footprint.
Additionally, Yadav noted the potential in the food processing industry and plans to establish a diamond polishing industry and a skill center for textiles in Jabalpur. He emphasized the state's readiness for foreign and domestic investments, ensuring a conducive environment for business growth.
