Delhi Petrol Pumps' PUC Centres Remain Shut Over Rate Hike Protest
PUC centres at petrol pumps in Delhi continued their strike against the proposed hike in pollution certificate charges. While 300 centres not at petrol pumps remained open, the Delhi Petrol Dealers' Association criticized the rate hike, saying it does not match the increased operational costs over the past 13 years.

Delhi's petrol pump-based PUC centres remained closed for a second day as petrol dealers protested the proposed hike in pollution certificate charges.
Transport Minister Kailash Gahlot noted that 300 alternative centres remain operational for vehicle owners to get checks done.
The Delhi Petrol Dealers' Association questioned the rate hike's adequacy, stating operational costs have risen significantly.
