Incuspaze, a leading coworking firm, has leased 1.15 lakh square feet in Bengaluru's Whitefield, a tech industry hub, to launch a new facility. This strategic expansion aims to address the growing demand for flexible workspace.

The new center will house 1,800 seats, offering an environment designed to foster creativity and collaboration. Sanjay Choudhary, founder and CEO of Incuspaze, stated that the company is committed to expanding its presence in southern India, including Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.

Since its inception in 2016, Incuspaze has established 44 centers across 18 cities, totaling 3 million square feet. The company follows a 'space-as-a-service' model, integrating technology with real estate to provide innovative solutions for enterprises, MSMEs, and startups.

Bengaluru remains India's most active office market, accounting for the highest absorption rate of 23% in the first half of 2024. The demand for flex spaces is expected to rise as traditional office rentals become unaffordable, according to Vestian CEO Shrinivas Rao.
