As cyber threats targeting Industrial IoT (IIoT) networks rise, AI-powered security systems are stepping in to detect and prevent attacks. A recent study tested 12 AI models, revealing that Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) achieved the highest accuracy in identifying threats. However, challenges such as false positives, scalability, adversarial attacks, and data privacy concerns remain.
