On September 24, 2024, the International Carbon Materials Union (ICMU) inaugurated its Singapore Liaison Office, marking a significant milestone in its efforts to establish a presence in Southeast Asia. The ceremony was hosted by ICMU Secretary-General Liu Wei at the office of Glory Zenith Group in Singapore. The event saw the presence of several senior advisors from ICMU, as well as representatives from Singapore's finance, media, and technology sectors.

Glory Zenith Group, committed to ESG sustainable development principles, aims to become a global leader in the semiconductor functional materials industry. With strategic headquarters in the United States, the group covers the entire industrial spectrum and includes a specialized jewelry brand. The company is aggressively expanding its global network and boosting its market and product diversification in the semiconductor sector. It is also one of the primary initiators of the ICMU.

The ICMU is a non-governmental organization initiated by the Beijing Advanced Materials Industry Promotion Association, working in collaboration with leading international carbon material industrialization groups. It comprises top enterprises, renowned research institutions, and other specialized entities in the carbon materials sector. The Union's mission is to foster an open, forward-looking international platform for the exchange and industrialization of carbon material technologies.
