Veeva Systems (NYSE: VEEV) has introduced its Veeva Vault CRM Service Center for the Asia-Pacific region, targeting inside sales, contact center, and hybrid representatives.
This innovative platform aims to integrate customer-facing teams across different channels, promoting a unified, customer-centric approach. Already, over 15 companies have implemented Vault CRM since its April 2024 launch. The next phase involves migrating smaller customers later this year, with large global biopharma firms slated for 2025.
Veeva's new service center is part of the broader Veeva Vault CRM Suite, which also includes CRM for sales and Campaign Manager for marketing. Veeva will discuss this at the Veeva APAC Commercial Summits in Asia Pacific. The company, a leader in cloud software for life sciences, serves over 1,000 customers globally.
