L&T Launches New Renewable Energy Business Vertical
Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has announced the formation of a separate renewable business vertical, led by Senior Vice President A Ravindran. Effective September 1, 2024, this strategic move aims to capitalize on the growing demand for sustainable energy solutions.

Infrastructure giant Larsen & Toubro (L&T) announced the creation of a new renewable business vertical. This move aligns with the company's strategic vision to lead the market in sustainable energy solutions.
A Ravindran, appointed as the head of the newly formed division, will take charge effective September 1, 2024. The company noted that this decision stems from the rapid growth and investment in the renewable EPC (engineering procurement and construction) business.
According to S N Subrahmanyan, Chairman & Managing Director of L&T, this new vertical will provide greater autonomy and better customer engagement. It underscores L&T's commitment to being a preferred partner in creating sustainable energy infrastructure.
