Ceinsys Tech Acquires Virtual Tours LLC to Enhance US Presence

Ceinsys Tech Ltd, a leader in Geospatial, Mobility Engineering, and Enterprise solutions, announced the acquisition of Virtual Tours, LLC (VTS) to bolster their presence in the US. This strategic move aims to expand Ceinsys' capabilities in 3D LiDAR scanning and data processing for the Telecom, Utilities, and Infrastructure sectors.

Ceinsys Tech Ltd, a renowned provider of Geospatial, Mobility Engineering, and Enterprise solutions, announced on July 13th, 2024, that it has signed a definitive asset purchase agreement with Virtual Tours, LLC (VTS), USA.

Established in 2017 and based in Brighton, Michigan, VTS brings advanced 3D LiDAR scanning, imaging, and data processing technologies to the table, serving the Telecom, Utilities, and Infrastructure sectors. The acquisition aligns with Ceinsys Tech's strategy to expand its global footprint and capitalize on the booming Geospatial Industry driven by digital transformation trends.

Ceinsys Chairman, Mr. Sagar Meghe, highlighted that this move enhances their presence in the US market, enabling them to better target the infrastructure digitization market. VTS' CEO, John Chwalibog, sees this partnership as an opportunity to scale up and leverage Ceinsys' resources to reach new markets.
