The Yuva Kabaddi Series continued to captivate audiences on the eighth day of Division 2 at Coimbatore's Karpagam Academy of Higher Education. Despite a close defeat to Vizag Victors, the Chandigarh Chargers have secured their place in the Division 2 final, according to an official league release.

The day's excitement began with Delhi Dhurandhars narrowly defeating Sindh Sonics 28-23. Arpit Nagar led Delhi with nine raid points, while Nishant Bhati made a significant impact with seven tackle points. Sindh's defenders, Manav Sharma and Harichand Singh, put up a brave fight but lacked support on offense.

In the second match, the UP Falcons dominated Panchala Pride, winning 53-26. This victory brings the Falcons closer to the finals, leaving Panchala winless. Rachit Yadav shone with 17 raid points for the Falcons, aided by Navneet Nagar with eight tackle points. Despite a Super 10 from Panchala's Ghanshyam Das, the team could not rally support.

Hampi Heroes outperformed Hyderabad Hurricanes 55-28 in the third game. Chetan Jangama was outstanding, scoring 16 raid points with solid team backing. Hyderabad's Tholem Balakrishna earned eight raid points but could not halt their team's heavy loss.

In a surprising conclusion, the Vizag Victors upset top-seeded Chandigarh Chargers in a thrilling 38-36 match. Although Chandigarh lost, they earned a point ensuring their finals position. Vizag's substitute, Pirati Srisivatejesh, turned the game with 13 raid points, and Samara Simha Reddy Gunimini added a Super 10. Chandigarh's Nikesh marked 15 raid points, but the team faltered during crucial moments.
