Avani, the Tokyo Paralympics gold medalist, set a new record with a superb score of 249.7, surpassing her previous mark of 249.6. Meanwhile, Mona, who embarked on her shooting career in 2022, secured bronze with a score of 228.7, showcasing her rapid rise in the sport.

Shooting in the SH1 category, Avani overcame personal adversity to achieve this feat. Her journey, having been paralyzed below the waist since age 11 due to a car accident, is a testament to her resilience. Her impressive qualification performance saw her shooting 625.8, finishing just behind Iryna Shchetnik. Mona's World Cup success translated into a commendable fifth-place qualification score of 623.1.
