Agustin Creevy's Emotional Farewell in La Plata

Veteran rugby player Agustin Creevy has been given the chance to conclude his prolific international career in his hometown of La Plata. The 39-year-old, who has earned 109 caps and captained the Argentine team 51 times, will be on the bench for Saturday's Rugby Championship clash against Australia. Creevy is the only Argentine to play in four World Cups, and this final game marks an emotional farewell.

In an effort to bounce back after a 42-10 loss against New Zealand, coach Felipe Contepomi announced three changes to the lineup. Joel Sclavi replaces Lucio Sordoni, who withdrew for personal reasons, and Santiago Cordero takes over for the injured Matias Moroni. Additionally, Franco Molina's return at lock prompts positional shifts, including Marcos Kremer moving to flank.

Veterans Guido Petti and Santiago Grondona will also make their first appearances of the year. Contepomi aims for a win to match their previous success against the All Blacks, having beaten them 38-30 in Wellington earlier in the championship.
