Kartik Singh, a mere 14 years old, is set to lead the Indian contingent at the 15th Asia-Pacific Amateur Championship (AAC) from October 3-6. Singh previously became the youngest golfer to make the cut at the AAC, marking his rising status in the sport.

Currently ranked 199th, Kartik will be joined by fellow Indian golfers Krishnav Nikhil Chopra, Vedant Sirohi, and Rakshit Dahiya. The Championship, scheduled at Taiheiyo Club in Gotemba, Japan, will feature a total of 120 participants, including some of the top amateur golfers worldwide.

Established in 2009, the AAC aims to promote amateur golf in the Asia-Pacific region. Its champion earns invitations to prestigious tournaments such as the Masters Tournament and The Open, making it a significant event for young golfers' careers.
