Manu Bhaker, the accomplished Indian shooter, bruised her shooting hand from rigorous training sessions, prompting a well-deserved three-month break. This period won't be idle; Bhaker intends to stay busy with various hobbies including yoga, horse riding, skating, Bharatnatyam, and violin practice.

Despite the nagging injury, the 22-year-old, who secured bronze medals in the 10m air pistol and 10m air pistol mixed team events at the Olympics, appeared at PTI headquarters alongside her coach, Jaspal Rana. She proudly showcased her medals and discussed her preparations for the Paris Games.

Rana stressed the importance of rest for her hand, which has been injured for eight months. Bhaker confirmed she will skip the ISSF World Cup Final and likely the national championships to ensure her full recovery. Her break will maintain her rigorous lifestyle with morning yoga and other routines.
