Darby Lancaster, a former Australia rugby sevens player, is set to make his test debut on the wing against Georgia this Saturday. The 21-year-old joins an otherwise unchanged back three from the Wallabies' starting 15, following their 36-28 win over Wales in Melbourne last week.

Len Ikitau, returning from a hamstring injury, will rejoin the Wallabies' lineup in a significantly altered team. Allan Alaalatoa steps in for Taniela Tupou as the starting tighthead prop and will serve as the team's third captain in three weeks, with James Slipper rested following his leadership role in Melbourne.

The reshuffled Australia squad for the upcoming match includes Tom Wright, Filipo Daugunu, Len Ikitau, Hunter Paisami, Darby Lancaster, Ben Donaldson, Tate McDermott, Harry Wilson, Fraser McReight, Rob Valetini, Angus Blyth, Nick Frost, Allan Alaalatoa (captain), Billy Pollard, and Isaac Kailea. Key replacements include Josh Nasser, Alex Hodgman, Zane Nongorr, Tom Hooper, Jeremy Williams, Nic White, Noah Lolesio, and Andrew Kellaway.
