In a display of exceptional talent, Karnataka's Saneeth DS and Gujarat's Tasnim Mir claimed the men's and women's singles titles in the Yonex-Sunrise VV Natu Memorial All India Senior Ranking badminton tournament on Sunday.

Third seed Saneeth overpowered fellow Karnataka player Tushar Suveer 21-15, 21-12 in a thrilling 44-minute match, while Tasnim defeated Devika, the previous ranking meet champion from Bengaluru, 21-16, 21-13.

Veteran Aarthi Sara Sunil proved she's still a formidable presence by winning the women's doubles title with VS Varshini, overcoming former national champions Shikha Gautam and Ashwini Bhat K 17-21, 22-20, 21-18 in a tightly contested 53-minute game.

Shikha Gautam, however, stood victorious in the mixed doubles category, partnering with Nitin Kumar to defeat Dhruv Rawat and Radhika Sharma 15-21, 21-14, 21-17 in the final. Dhruv Rawat, along with Assam's Suraj Goala, also clinched the men's doubles title, beating Akshan Shetty and Ravikrishna PS 21-15, 22-20.
