A notable allocation is Rs 5,100 crore for providing monthly Rs 2,500 payments to women from impoverished families, echoing pre-election promises.
Chief Minister Rekha Gupta announced significant funds for the Ayushman Bharat health initiative and the establishment of health and wellness centers. The budget also aimed to enhance urban basic amenities, build housing for slum dwellers, and introduce economical Atal canteens to ensure nutritional security.
