Residents in the Rohini area of the national capital will face a significant 16-hour water supply disruption on November 11 due to essential maintenance work, the Delhi Jal Board announced on Saturday.
The affected districts include Rohini Sector-6, Sector-7, and Sector-8, along with their neighboring areas. This maintenance involves installing a flow meter on a 700 mm diameter outlet line at Rohini Sector-7 BPS. Consequently, there'll be no water in the evening of November 11, and reduced pressure is expected the following morning.
The board has advised residents to use water sparingly during this period. Meanwhile, DJB ensures that water tankers can be requested via their helpline or central control room to mitigate the inconvenience.
