Kalyani Developers, based in Bengaluru, is set to invest approximately Rs 5,300 crore in housing and hospitality projects in South India. This includes residential projects in North Bengaluru, Whitefield, and Kanakapura Main Road as well as a mixed-use development in Hyderabad. An additional Rs 800 crore will be allocated for two new hotels.

Kalyani Developers, headquartered in Bengaluru, has unveiled an ambitious plan to inject around Rs 5,300 crore into South India's housing and hospitality sectors.

The company, on Thursday, announced its entry into the residential market with three new projects slated for North Bengaluru, Whitefield, and Kanakapura Main Road.

Aside from these, Kalyani Developers is also venturing into Hyderabad with a mixed-use development. This marks an estimated Rs 4,500 crore investment over the next two years, with an additional Rs 800 crore earmarked for two hotels, each offering 300 rooms in North Bengaluru.
