Yogi Adityanath Pushes for Development in Mathura

In a bid to boost connectivity and development in Mathura, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath chaired the Uttar Pradesh Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad's seventh board meeting on Tuesday. He emphasized the need for improved roads, railways, ropeways, and waterways to enhance district connectivity.
On a one-day visit, Adityanath also visited Shri Krishna Janmasthan, interacting with devotees and reviewing ongoing development projects. The board discussed initiatives like the Braj Teerth Path project, the Govardhan Connect project, and improvements in alternative transport means around Mathura-Vrindavan.
The chief minister directed the rejuvenation of the Yamuna River and stressed timely road repairs under the Jal Jeevan Mission. He sanctioned eight projects valued at Rs 133 crore and urged better security measures for upcoming festivals.
