A massive fire broke out in a godown located in Mumbai's Kurla (West) area on Wednesday evening, according to comments from civic officials.

The cause of the fire remains undetermined, but fortunately, no injuries were reported. The BMC representative confirmed the fire started at about 5:45 PM in a warehouse situated in a slum area.

Emergency response was swift, involving 12 fire engines alongside other firefighting equipment. Police, ambulance services, and local civic staff teamed up to manage and eventually contain the situation.
