Chief Minister Atishi, along with Delhi cabinet ministers, launched an intensive campaign on Monday to inspect and repair the city's damaged roads. Their goal is to ensure a pothole-free national capital by Diwali. Atishi took charge of South and South-East Delhi, while other ministers covered different regions.

In her official statement, Atishi highlighted the poor condition of roads in various areas and directed immediate repair work. She emphasized that the effort is under the guidance of Arvind Kejriwal. All designated ministers, including Saurabh Bharadwaj, Gopal Rai, Kailash Gahlot, Imran Hussain, and Mukesh Ahlawat, conducted thorough inspections in their respective jurisdictions.

The campaign seeks to address the widespread issue of potholes and waterlogging intensified by the prolonged monsoon. The Public Works Department (PWD) officials were instructed to expedite repairs and clean drainage systems. As shared on social media, this combined ministerial effort aims to achieve a significant improvement in road conditions throughout Delhi before Diwali.
