Realty firm House of Hiranandani has announced an investment of Rs 3,200 crore to redevelop five housing societies in Mumbai.
The company, which also operates in MMR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai, signed redevelopment projects totaling 17 lakh square feet with a projected GDV of Rs 5,000 crore.
The registered development agreements cover societies in Chembur, incorporating areas such as Maitri Park and Shrinagar Society. Completion is targeted within 4-5 years, aiming to replace old, insufficient infrastructure with modern, sustainable amenities.
