McConnachie brings over 27 years of experience and expertise in various construction roles, including project delivery, design, and management. He has held significant positions at global firms and will play a crucial role in M3M’s ongoing projects in Delhi-NCR.

With an extensive career spanning over 27 years, McConnachie is a specialist in project delivery across multiple sectors, encompassing detailed design, construction management, and technical delivery. His previous leadership roles were at esteemed companies such as Jacobs (UK & UAE), Samsung C&T (India), Laing O'Rourke (UK), and Mace (India).

McConnachie is also a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE), a chartered engineer, and a chartered manager. His career highlights include leading international teams, managing complex construction projects, and employing modern construction methods and digital engineering techniques. In his new role, he will contribute significantly to M3M's development of residential and commercial projects in Delhi-NCR.
