Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami launched a scathing attack on the Congress, claiming the party ignored the Scheduled Castes and Tribes during its time in power. Speaking in Rudraprayag, Dhami emphasized the developments achieved under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Campaigning for BJP candidate Asha Nautiyal for the Kedarnath assembly bypoll, Dhami highlighted how Modi's tenure brought Ram Nath Kovind and Droupadi Murmu to key constitutional positions, a milestone allegedly overlooked by the Congress during its six decades of governance.
Dhami also criticized the Congress for their temple-related controversies and appealed to voters, particularly the significant SC/ST demographic, to strengthen BJP power in the Kedarnath constituency.
