On Monday, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah embarked on an unexpected road journey from Srinagar to the civil secretariat in Jammu after his flight was canceled due to poor visibility at Jammu airport.
Airport authorities revealed that a total of eleven flights were affected on Sunday due to adverse weather, while one was canceled for technical reasons.
Despite these setbacks, regular flight operations resumed the next morning. During this trip, Abdullah, sharing updates on X, noted the minimal visibility from the official residence's balcony.
