Arnold Schwarzenegger, the renowned action movie star and former Californian Governor, made headlines on Wednesday as he officially endorsed Democratic candidate Kamala Harris for the upcoming U.S. presidential election. Despite his Republican affiliation, Schwarzenegger declared a preference for being an American above all else.
The actor, famous for roles in 'The Terminator' and 'Predator', expressed his frustration with current Republican attitudes, especially the refusal to concede that Donald Trump lost the 2020 election. He criticized Trump's description of America as 'like a garbage can for the rest of the world'.
Schwarzenegger, who governed California from 2003 to 2011, voiced dissatisfaction with both parties for failing to address budget deficits and rising crime. Nonetheless, he remains focused on his American values, emphasizing unity over divisive politics.
