Nishad party president and Uttar Pradesh Minister, Sanjay Nishad, denounced previous state administrations for misclassifying the Nishad community as OBC, citing it as an injustice. During a press conference in Lucknow, Nishad voiced confidence in the BJP alliance as they prepare for the impending by-polls. Nishad criticized the SP and BSP for neglecting community reservations during their tenure.
