Union minister Chirag Paswan has made a compelling case for development as the Jharkhand assembly elections loom, emphasizing the NDA's track record of progress against the alleged corruption of the JMM-led alliance. In a rally held in the Chatra district, Paswan encouraged voters to back the Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) candidate, Janardan Paswan.

Addressing the electorate, Paswan underscored the choices at hand, contrasting the development under the Modi government with the setbacks he attributed to the Hemant Soren administration. The Jharkhand assembly polls, spanning two phases in mid-November, could pivot on these pivotal issues.

The NDA, including the BJP, AJSU, JD(U), and LJP (Ram Vilas), have delineated their electoral contestations, with Paswan highlighting the moral imperative to fight corruption as the nomination deadline approaches.
