JMM Unveils Strategic Candidate Roster for Jharkhand Assembly Elections
The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) has announced a list of candidates for the forthcoming state assembly elections, including Chamra Linda and Sukhram Oraon, who will contest from Bishunpur and Chakradharpur. Key contests are set against BJP candidates, with polls scheduled for November 13 and 20.

The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) revealed its third list of contenders for the Jharkhand state assembly elections on Wednesday, nominating legislators Chamra Linda and Sukhram Oraon for the Bishunpur and Chakradharpur constituencies.
In the previous 2019 elections, Linda secured victory by defeating BJP's Ashok Oraon with a margin of 17,382 votes. Oraon also emerged successful against BJP's Laxman Giluwa, winning by a margin of 12,234 votes.
Accompanying them, JMM has put forward Yogendra Prasad from Gomia, Snehlata Kandulna from Khunti, and Jiga Susaran Horo for Sisai constituencies. The elections will occur in two phases on November 13 and 20, with results declared on November 23.
