The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has initiated a call for public participation as it prepares its manifesto for the upcoming Maharashtra assembly elections on November 20. The party is seeking developmental suggestions from a wide range of societal sections, including social workers, farmers, and professionals from various fields.

The BJP's manifesto committee president, Sudhir Mungantiwar, emphasized the importance of incorporating expert knowledge from professionals like doctors, journalists, teachers, and businesspeople. This initiative reflects the party's commitment to an 'inclusive and dynamic' developmental approach for Maharashtra, aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's national achievements.

Suggestions can be sent via email or WhatsApp, highlighting the BJP's strategy to involve the public in governance. The BJP, part of the Mahayuti alliance, has already announced 99 candidates in its initial list, featuring key leaders like Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis and state unit chief Chandrashekhar Bawankule.
