Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya launched a scathing attack on Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav, accusing him of inciting riots in the state. Speaking at an event in Shahabad, Maurya alleged that Yadav leads a pack of goons, criminals, and mafias, and lacks the moral authority to comment on law and order issues.
According to Maurya, Yadav's tenure as Chief Minister was marked by communal violence, making his criticism of current riots unfounded. He insinuated that Yadav prioritizes his party's ties with criminals over maintaining peace, forecasting that such relationships will lead to the Samajwadi Party's decline.
In response to Ram Gopal Yadav's remarks regarding the upcoming elections, Maurya dismissed Samajwadi Party's claims of impending victory as baseless. He pointed out SP's historical failures in past elections and alleged that BJP's commitment to 'Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas' proves opposition claims about constitutional threats unfounded.
