Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva launched a scathing attack on the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders on Sunday, accusing them of engaging in 'dirty politics' over sensitive incidents. His comments come in the wake of a reported blast near a school in Rohini and several other firing incidents in the city.
Sachdeva commended the efforts of the Delhi Police, highlighting their impressive crime detection rate. "Delhi Police has consistently solved almost all recent crime cases, and we trust that they will swiftly resolve these new incidents and apprehend the perpetrators," he stated, urging political parties to await the official police report before making statements.
Meanwhile, Delhi Chief Minister Atishi pointed fingers at the BJP-led central government, blaming it for the deteriorating law and order situation in the capital. She criticized the BJP for allegedly hindering the functioning of the city's elected administration and likened the current situation to the chaotic era of the Mumbai underworld in the 1990s.
