The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has secured a majority in the Haryana Assembly elections, capturing 48 seats. On Tuesday, BJP President JP Nadda expressed satisfaction with the results, crediting Prime Minister Narendra Modi with altering the political traditions of the nation. Speaking to party workers at the BJP headquarters, Nadda highlighted the public's trust in Modi's leadership as pivotal to their electoral success in Haryana and increased vote share in Jammu and Kashmir.

Nadda took the opportunity to denounce the Indian National Congress for its alleged focus on spreading falsehoods to hinder the BJP's government formation in Haryana for the third consecutive time. He asserted that Prime Minister Modi has redefined political paradigms in India. Criticizing Congress further, Nadda accused the party of fostering corruption, commission, and criminalization.

The BJP chief also targeted the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), which failed to secure any seats in the Haryana elections, labeling them as 'Kattar Beimaan.' Nadda revealed that AAP's contest for all 90 seats resulted in lost deposits. In contrast, he celebrated the BJP's improved performance in Jammu and Kashmir, observing both an increased seat count and vote share. The Election Commission's latest update confirms BJP as the leading party in Haryana elections, with Congress trailing with 37 seats, Indian National Lok Dal securing two seats, and Independent candidates winning three.
