Prashant Kishor's Jan Suraaj, set to debut as a full-fledged political party, faced criticism from the INDIA bloc in Bihar over a controversial poster targeting RJD president Lalu Prasad's family.
A spokesperson for Jan Suraaj clarified that the poster was independently posted by a supporter and did not reflect the platform's stance of avoiding personal attacks on political opponents.
The poster, prominently displayed across the city, was attributed to Jan Suraaj activist Aparna Yadav. The slogan aimed at Prasad, referencing his son's marital issues, provoked strong reactions from RJD and Congress leaders, who condemned Kishor for lacking decorum in political discourse.
