Prashant Kishor, the brain behind Jan Suraaj, announced the party's formation set for October 2. Despite initiating the movement, he reiterated he will not serve as its leader. By early next year, the party will unveil their agenda for Bihar.

Kishor reflected on Bihar's political landscape, criticizing the electorate's past choices influenced by fear of BJP and Lalu Prasad's influence. He emphasized the need for a credible alternative for the state, made possible by unified citizens. The campaign, spanning over two years, culminated in over a crore supporters set to announce the party's launch.

While mentioning the party's vision for Bihar set for release in early 2025, Kishor expressed dreams beyond winning elections. He envisioned a prosperous Bihar attracting talent from neighboring states. Addressing comments on Nitish Kumar and JD(U), Kishor dismissed the party's future prospects, citing dependence on a few retired advisors rather than grassroots politicians.
