Speaking at an election rally in Jammu, Gandhi asserted that GST and demonetisation were deployed as strategic tools to advance the interests of these billionaires, sidelining small entrepreneurs.

He further accused the central agencies of acting as instruments of coercion under the BJP regime, exacerbating the struggles of everyday citizens and small business owners.
