Defence Minister Rajnath Singh sharply criticized Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Saturday, calling him the 'most corrupt CM' and accusing him of compromising India's democratic principles. Singh emphasized the necessity of ousting Soren and bringing the BJP to power in the forthcoming assembly elections.

Speaking at the launch of BJP's 'Parivartan Yatra' in Itkhori, Singh claimed no BJP chief ministers in Jharkhand, including Babulal Marandi, Arjun Munda, and Raghubar Das, had faced corruption allegations. He accused Congress leader Rahul Gandhi of damaging India's international reputation and provoking the Sikh community.

Singh criticized the ruling Jharkhand coalition of JMM, Congress, and RJD, calling them 'speed breakers' of state development. He condemned the state for supporting Bangladeshi and Rohingya infiltrators and urged citizens to choose BJP for accelerated growth. Emphasizing BJP's developmental achievements under Prime Minister Modi, Singh highlighted substantial progress in various sectors and proposed 'one nation, one election' policy.
