Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a scathing attack on the Congress party, labeling it as the nation's 'most dishonest party' due to its alleged corrupt practices and manipulation of elections to secure power.
While campaigning for BJP candidates in Doda district, Jammu and Kashmir, Modi decried the recent alleged beating of an Indian journalist by Congress workers in the US, questioning if such actions reflect well on India's dignity.
Modi also took issue with Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge's remarks in Srinagar, where Kharge suggested BJP leaders would be jailed had the opposition INDIA bloc secured more Lok Sabha seats. The Prime Minister underscored that the BJP has been elected to work for the people, not to engage in political vendettas.
