Maha Vikas Aghadi Eyes Landslide Victory with Over 180 Seats in Maharashtra
Senior Congress leader Balasaheb Thorat announced that the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) will secure over 180 out of the 288 assembly seats in the forthcoming Maharashtra elections. Thorat mentioned that consensus has been achieved on 125 seats within the MVA coalition, comprising Congress, Shiv Sena (UBT), and NCP (Sharad Pawar).

Senior Congress leader Balasaheb Thorat on Thursday predicted a significant win for the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) in the upcoming Maharashtra assembly elections. Speaking to reporters in Ahmednagar, Thorat confidently stated that the alliance would secure over 180 out of 288 seats.
Thorat further revealed that an agreement on seat-sharing had been reached within the MVA, which includes the Congress, Shiv Sena (UBT), and the NCP (Sharad Pawar) factions, for 125 seats. Discussions are ongoing for the remaining seats.
The assembly elections in Maharashtra are expected to take place between October and November, and the MVA is gearing up for a strong showing.
