Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national spokesperson CR Kesavan launched a fierce critique against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, terming his recent trip to the United States as 'Bharat Badnaam Yatra' or 'India Abuse Trip'. Kesavan accused Gandhi of being a 'compulsive liar' and warned that his actions would not be forgiven by the Indian populace.

Kesavan lambasted Gandhi for mingling with individuals who question India's sovereignty and integrity, citing Congresswoman Ilhan Omar as an example. Omar, according to Kesavan, has advocated for an independent Kashmir and aligns with the language and agenda of terrorists. He emphasized that Gandhi's actions abroad serve to demean India's global standing.

Demanding an immediate and unconditional apology, Kesavan told Gandhi to cease spreading falsehoods and demeaning India. He accused Gandhi of being in a 'delusional bubble' due to successive electoral defeats and urged him to make amends. Rahul Gandhi's US visit included interactions with the Indian diaspora, university students, and US lawmakers.
