President Volodymyr Zelenskiy announced on Wednesday his strategic 'victory plan' to be presented to U.S. President Joe Biden this month. He believes this initiative will bolster Kyiv's position and wield psychological pressure on Russia to diplomatically conclude the ongoing war.
Addressing attendees at Kyiv's annual Crimean Platform event, Zelenskiy emphasized the importance of sharing the plan with international allies. He aims to secure their support before a planned peace summit later this year.
'If partners support the plan, it will make it easier for Ukraine to compel Russia to end the conflict,' Zelenskiy stated.
