Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced on Wednesday that Russia is revising its nuclear doctrine as a response to perceived threats from the 'collective West'.
Peskov stated that these changes are necessary due to the challenges and provocations posed by Western countries.
He also highlighted concerns about Ukraine potentially using U.S.-supplied long-range weapons for attacks deep into Russian territory.
