Russia Warns of Retaliation Over Potential ATACMs Missiles Use by Ukraine

The Kremlin threatened an appropriate response if the United States allows Ukraine to use long-range ATACMs missiles to strike inside Russia. U.S. President Joe Biden stated his administration is currently deliberating on lifting restrictions on Ukraine's use of such weaponry. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov suggested Washington may have already decided.

The Kremlin announced on Wednesday that Russia would respond appropriately if the United States permits Ukraine to strike deep within Russian territory using ATACMs missiles.

U.S. President Joe Biden indicated on Tuesday that his administration is currently considering lifting restrictions on Ukraine's use of long-range weaponry like ATACMs in its conflict with Russia.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov hinted that Washington might have already made the decision to proceed with such actions.
