A fire broke out in a ninth-floor apartment of a multi-storey building in Hyderabad's Kondapur area on Tuesday afternoon, as confirmed by local authorities.
The incident prompted an immediate response from the Hyderabad Fire Control Room, which dispatched three fire engines to the site after receiving the emergency call at 4:30 PM.
Thanks to the swift response, firefighters managed to confine the blaze to the flat, preventing it from spreading to other parts of the 10-storey Galaxy Apartments. Investigations are ongoing to identify the cause of the fire, although no injuries or casualties were reported, and two residents were safely evacuated.
