The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Tuesday unveiled its second and third lists of 20 candidates for the upcoming Haryana assembly elections, designating former BJP minister Chhatar Pal Singh as its candidate from Barwala constituency.
The announcement followed the release of the party's first list of 20 candidates on Monday, which came after extended but unfruitful seat-sharing discussions with the Congress.
Party members confirmed that the nomination window for the 90-member Haryana Assembly elections will close on September 12, with polling slated for October 5.
