Indian National Defence College Delegation Concludes Nepal Visit
A delegation from India's National Defence College ended a five-day visit to Nepal. The group, consisting of 21 senior civil and defence officers from India and six other countries, met with top Nepali officials to discuss bilateral military cooperation and enhance defense ties.

A delegation from the National Defence College of India on Thursday concluded a five-day visit to Nepal.
The delegation, which included 21 senior officers from the civil services and defence forces of India, as well as delegates from Australia, Bhutan, Japan, Kazakhstan, Oman, and the US, was led by Rear Admiral Sandeep S Sandhu, NM, Senior Directing Staff (Indian Navy), according to a press release by the Indian Embassy.
The group paid courtesy calls on Prime Minister K P Sharma Oli, Home Affairs Minister Ramesh Lekhak, Foreign Affairs Minister Arzu Rana Deuba, and Defence Minister Manbir Rai. Additionally, the delegation met with the officiating Chief of Army Staff, Lt Gen Ashok Raj Sigdel, and engaged in discussions regarding bilateral military cooperation. Visits to Nepali Army Headquarters in Kathmandu and Western Division Headquarters were made to foster defense collaboration.
