BJP MP Pradeep Singh Receives Death Threat From Notorious Gangster: Rs 10 Lakh Ransom Demanded

BJP MP Pradeep Singh of Araria, Bihar, alleges that a notorious gangster has demanded Rs 10 lakh and other favors, threatening to kill him if the demands are not met. The police have beefed up security for Singh and initiated a search for the gangster, Vinod Rathore.

BJP MP from Bihar's Araria, Pradeep Singh, has reported receiving a threatening message from a notorious gangster demanding Rs 10 lakh and other favors. Singh claims his life has been threatened if the demands are not fulfilled.

The threatening message, allegedly from gangster Vinod Rathore, came from an unknown number with a Nepal ISD code. Rathore also demanded Singh's intervention for the release of his brother Dinesh Rathore from prison.

Local police have enhanced security for Singh and registered an FIR under relevant sections of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. Efforts are ongoing to apprehend Vinod Rathore, who is wanted in several other cases.
