Two Russian ballistic missiles struck a military training facility and a nearby hospital in Poltava, Ukraine, resulting in 41 fatalities and 180 injuries, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported on Tuesday.

The attack, taking place in the regional capital, Poltava, marks one of the deadliest since the conflict started over 900 days ago. Poltava, strategically located on key highway and rail routes, suffered substantial damage, particularly to the Poltava Military Institute of Communications.
