Venezuela's attorney general's office has issued an arrest warrant for opposition leader Edmundo Gonzalez, following his noncompliance with three summonses to testify. The issue revolves around an opposition website that disclosed detailed results of the country's contentious presidential election.
The website is under scrutiny for allegedly 'usurping the function' of the electoral authority. The authority maintains that President Nicolas Maduro emerged victorious in the July 28 election but has yet to release detailed results to the public.
